GraviGlow Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with GraviGlow! Please review this policy carefully before completing your order.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below — subject always to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of purchase.


1. Subscriptions

All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, as they provide ongoing product deliveries and exclusive discounts.

You may cancel your subscription anytime to stop future charges.
This does not affect your legal rights if a product delivered under a subscription is defective, misdescribed, or fails to arrive.


2. When Refunds or Replacements Are Available

We’re happy to provide a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products – Please notify us within 30 days of delivery (or within a reasonable time if the fault appears later) with clear photo or video proof.

  • Missing Items – Must be reported within 30 days of delivery so we can investigate.

  • Lost Packages (No Tracking Updates) – If your parcel shows no movement for 40 business days, we’ll resend or refund it.

If your product is faulty, misdescribed, or not as promised, you have additional rights under consumer protection laws (see section 7).


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds or returns for:

  • Change of Mind – Except where required by law (see UK cooling-off rights below).

  • Perishable or Consumable Products – Including supplements like Soursop Drops. These cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons once opened.

  • Refused Deliveries or Unclaimed Packages – May qualify only for a partial refund minus outbound shipping and up to a 20% restocking fee, provided the package is returned in resaleable condition.

  • Incorrect Address Provided by Customer – We are not responsible for deliveries sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the buyer.

  • Packaging Variations – Packaging may vary between suppliers or batches. This is not a valid reason for a refund.


4. UK Customers – Your Legal Right to Cancel

If you are a customer located in the United Kingdom and you purchased online or by other distance methods, you have a 14-day “cooling-off” period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days after receiving your goods.

  • You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us.

  • We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of posting).

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

  • This right does not apply to sealed, perishable, or consumable items once opened.


5. U.S. Customers – Your Consumer Rights

In the United States, refunds are only required where goods are defective, not as described, or fail to perform as advertised.
For all other situations, refunds are governed by this policy and applicable state laws.
We fully comply with federal and state consumer protection laws, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and FTC regulations on fair advertising and refunds.


6. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please email support@graviglow.shop with the following details:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Photo or video proof (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.


7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under consumer protection laws.
If your purchase is defective, damaged, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the applicable law in your country of residence.


8. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically appear within 5–10 business days.
